Rumours circulated recently that a number of more recently elected Liberal Democrats were planning to topple their more senior leader as they believed him to be ineffectual. Is this national situation mirrored by Liberal Democrats at a local level?
My advice to Councillor Zarait is to pay no attention to rumours and gossip.
