How much was paid to Westminster Council for their 'media services' in the last two years?
Westminster Council were brought in to support Slough's communications function when the former Head of Communications left the Council. Total spend over two years was £147,000. The vacant Head of Communications budget for the same time period was approximately £107,000. This included additional support for the Best Value Review of the service and recruitment to the new permanent Head of Communications.
