This proposal was put forward for consultation with the residents - their views will be taken into account when we review their responses. I am surprised at your question as this is merely a continuation of a policy formulated under the last Labour Administration. The only difference is that ours is an Administration that consults and listens to what the residents say. As we have said time and time again, if it does not have the support of the residents it will not go ahead.
