The report on Older People Care Home Reprovision Update was originally circulated with the agenda as a Part II report. Following despatch the Assistant Director (Democratic Services), the report author and I as Chair took the decision to release it into the Part I agenda subject to the appendix remaining exempt. This enabled the debate to be held in Part I of the meeting.
