Given the level of savings to be achieved next year, directorates have been asked to review the growth included in their 06/07 budgets. This includes £100k to extend library opening hours, of which £90k has been put forward as a savings proposal and £10k retained to increase the opening hours at Cippenham where particular demand has been identified.
