Has the Council considered all forms of energy from waste installations for the Colnbrook site? Please give details of who conducted this extensive research and give me a copy under the Freedom of Information Act. The Colnbrook site is privately owned and thus it is not for the Council to decide the type of waste management technology that might or might not be proposed for use there. This is a commercial decision that will be taken by the site owner. |
