When the July 2004 meeting of the full Council requested a report on the costed alternatives to incineration of the Borough's municipal waste, who was responsible for producing that report and when was that report made available to the Council's members and the public? The report was compiled by the Head of Environmental Services (Nigel Dicker). The report was published for consideration by Cabinet on 29th October 2004 and Planning & Environment Subcommittee on 1st November 2004. |
