Why has the Council failed to give the public and businesses of Slough an impartial complaints investigation service which the public can trust and have complete confidence in?

If complainants about planning issues are not satisfied with the outcome of the Council's corporate complaints procedures they can take their concerns to the Local Government Ombudsman; this is an entirely independent procedure.
