Following your very reluctant admission at the February, 2005 Council meeting when you affirmed in a strong tone of voice that the Council's Chief Executive (Cheryl Coppell) had discussed the budget underspends at some of the Corporate Management Team meetings in the preceding four years, my question is simply this:

Pursuant to my Freedom of Information Request reference FOIR014 of 10th February 2005, when will the Council provide me with a copy of the minutes of all Corporate Management Team meetings at which budget underspends were discussed?
