Thank you for your question, tabled at Council under procedure Rule 10, although Castleview is a long way from the ward that I represent and housing is not in my Cabinet portfolio so there were others more appropriate for your question.

I respect and support all decisions of my Group and Cabinet colleagues that have been properly discussed, are achievable and don't pose me any difficulty of conscience. Issues will be properly considered and long-term benefit of Slough residents will be our guide.

This applies to Castleview as much as any other issue.
