Guidance about conflicts of interest is contained within the local code of conduct for members. All Councillors should have made themselves familiar with the requirements for personal conduct set by the law and this Authority's rules and the guidance contained in the code. I have made myself familiar with the requirements and am more than capable of declaring any conflicts of interest that I may have when they arise. I suggest that you do the same as you are obviously unaware as to what these guidelines cover.
