Has Slough Council signed a contract with Grundon's yet for the incineration of its rubbish, or does it intend doing so?

Reply: Councillor James Swindlehurst

The Council does not have a contract with Grundon for waste disposal. The Council's contract is with Slough Accord. Slough Accord has a contract with Grundon for waste disposal that includes use of the Energy from Waste plant when built.
