Question 13

From:  A Britwell Resident

How many times can an unsuccessful tenant appeal against a decision made by the non-housing needs panel?

Reply: Councillor Lydia Simmons

Appeals go to the Assistant Director in the Housing & Neighbourhood Services department, with a further right of appeal to a panel of Members. If there is a change of circumstance which may effect the original decision, the tenant should contact the housing needs team and their housing need will be re-assessed.
