What is the maximum length of the prescribed time tenants have to suffer from the start of racial harassment before their case is refereed to the councils appeals panel?

  • There is no prescribed timescales for referring cases to non-Housing Needs Panel.
  • Any case referred to non Housing Needs Panel must be supported by:
    • Evidence to substantiate the claims.
    • Details of investigations carried.
    • Support documents from agencies such as the Police and Social Services.
