What is Slough Borough Councils policy on whether or not deception is allowed to be carried out by staff on unsuspecting tenants?

Reply: Councillor Lydia Simmons

All Officers are required to comply with the Employee Code Of Conduct issued by the Council. Fairly obviously the Code does not condone deception.
