(c) Once again your ability to mis-represent, sensationalise and distort comes to the fore when when you lack a coherent argument. The premise of your question is flawed on two counts . I assume you are misrepresenting my statement at a recent council when I said 'I am not an IT expert' . Quite different to your statement don't you think? Although not an expert, I have though, worked in the IT Industry for nearly 20 years now and have picked up the odd snippet of knowledge but as I went on to say It would not matter what my level or any other members level of expertise was, because it is the responsibility of councillors to set policy, challenge professional officers to provide solutions and then decide based on their advice, not to pretend that some councillor believes he can do it better.
