Residents are saying the recent road works at the Co-op roundabout (junction A412/A4) was funded by Tesco. Is this true and if so, is it a Section 106 agreement? The Co-op roundabout (junction A412/A4) which has recently been modified was not funded from the new Tesco development. However, the scheme was funded from S106 agreements. |
