I have written to you on five occasions about ways in which the effectiveness of the Council's Scrutiny Process might be improved. You have not responded to any of these letters despite reminders. Could you please let me know why my letters to you have been ignored? I have dealt with the issues that you raised at the Scrutiny Committee and wrote to you on the 11th November about your group's involvement in the scrutiny function. Please attend our meetings and raise questions there. |
