Perpetually publicity seeking, flag waving but not to save her local Burnham Lane post office - just 300 yards away from her front door - from permanent closure, "Lady" Diana Coad* has been giving her story about her Defamation case to the gullible Slough Observer - the same newspaper which has been quietly wagging an anti-Janik campaign for more than 3 years.
* as Private Eye calls her in its 30 May 2008 issue

Like others,
The brain-dead variety or those that literally haven't a clue ?
I believe the cause is lazy parents who produce children, but don't want the responsibility of parenthood...they don't care where their offspring are or what they're doing as long as they aren't bothering them

Things have gotten worse .........
The Tories are in charge, is that why lights are now on during the day (daylight burners) and weeds starting to grow in cracks in the road ?
So much for the Tories walking the streets and reporting all the faults.

I have advocated the reform of English local government. It is too corrupt and incompetent. It fails to properly serve the local people.
Too often national political parties get involved in local government because they want to retain sufficient support from voters for the national elections (i.e. parliamentary elections).

Dear Councillor Zarait
I have served as a Councillor under twenty-four Mayors. You are the first to have encouraged disruption from the public gallery. Your ruling last night that:- “The public have a right to make their voice heard” is wrong both in principle and in fact.

A personal recollection of events at the first Slough Borough Council meeting in the municipal year 2008 - 2009 held on on Thursday 15 May 2008.
Conservative Parliamentary candidate Diana Coad / Diana Dale-Gough walked out after the mayor told her he was running the meeting - not her.
